CLEANING POLICY
At Comfy Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services that ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients. This policy outlines the standards and expectations for our cleaning services.
1. Scope of Services
We offer a range of cleaning services including:

Residential Cleaning: Regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, etc.

Commercial Cleaning: Office cleaning, retail space cleaning, industrial cleaning, etc.

Specialized Cleaning: Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, etc.
2. Cleaning Standards
Our cleaning professionals follow strict guidelines to ensure that each space is thoroughly cleaned. Areas to be cleaned include, but are not limited to:

General Areas: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; cleaning surfaces, furniture, and light fixtures.

Kitchen: Wiping down counters, appliances, and cabinets; cleaning sinks and wiping down all surfaces.

Bathrooms: Sanitizing sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors; wiping down counters, and replenishing toiletries if requested.

Additional Services: As agreed upon, we also clean windows, carpets, upholstery, and any other special items.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Access: Ensure that cleaning staff has access to all areas to be cleaned. Please provide any necessary instructions for locked or restricted areas.

Preparation: We request that personal items be picked up to facilitate cleaning. Our team will not move personal belongings such as clothing, valuables, or fragile items.

Pets: Please ensure that pets are secured or removed from cleaning areas to ensure the safety of both the cleaning staff and the pets.
4. Cleaning Frequency & Scheduling

Frequency: Clients can choose from regular cleaning (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) or one-time deep cleans.

Scheduling: We strive to accommodate your preferred cleaning schedule. However, scheduling is subject to availability. Please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
5. Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our work and ensure all services are completed to the highest standards. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make necessary adjustments or provide a re-cleaning at no additional cost.
6. Health & Safety

Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible to ensure the health and safety of both our clients and the environment.

Safety Protocols: Our cleaning staff is trained in health and safety practices, including handling cleaning chemicals properly, using personal protective equipment, and maintaining a safe environment during the cleaning process.
7. Liability & Insurance
Our team is fully insured and bonded. We take great care in handling your property and belongings, but in the event of accidental damage, we will address the issue promptly. Please inform us of any delicate or valuable items prior to cleaning.
8. Payment Terms

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Cash, Checks, and Venmo.

Late Payment: A late fee may be applied if payment is not made within the agreed-upon time frame.
9. Client Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information provided to us, including scheduling details and personal preferences, will be kept secure and used only for the purpose of delivering the cleaning service.
10. Changes to the Cleaning Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this cleaning policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to our clients in advance.
